Our Mission

We went looking for what actually happens to a nurse's feet over a twelve-hour shift, and we found the same thing over and over: it doesn't start hurting at hour one.

That sounds obvious until you sit with it. If the problem were the floor, hour one would hurt — it's the same floor. Something runs out partway through. And nothing anyone sells you is built for that moment.

Shoes work underneath your foot. Compression socks work on your circulation. Ice bottles and Epsom soaks happen at 8pm, hours after. All reasonable, all things nurses have been doing for years — and none of them are on your arch during the shift, when it gives out.

So we built for that gap, and only that gap. One product, made for one job, for people whose feet have to last as long as their careers do.

We'll always tell you what it can't do. That part matters more to us than the part it can.
